Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Crowne Plaza in Queenstown, I found the location to be incredibly convenient, central to the bustling township. The value proposition offered by this hotel is commendable, especially considering its proximity to town - an excellent choice for those looking to explore without breaking the bank. The room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay hassle-free. While the hotel may benefit from some modern updates, such as new carpet and paint, the cleanliness and quality of amenities were top-notch. The staff, particularly Dipti at the restaurant and Sujin at reception, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. One standout feature was the valet parking service, which made coming and going a breeze. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, though some items were slightly overcooked. The balcony with garden furniture was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying the mountain views.Crowne Plaza struck a fine balance between luxury and affordability. I would recommend it for travelers seeking a comfortable stay with great value in Queenstown.
